The arm straightened fine without any heat and the mounting all appear fine.

I will try a little grease in both oleo.

So I had a slightly firm landing with my L39 and took the oleo apart to free the trailing link to take the twist out. Would it be useful to put some grease in there to add some damping to the springs...

A couple of pics (flap up and flap down) with the flap servo cover removed would be nice.

As Andy may have told you N158JC (the HPAT aircraft) has the fairings fitted...
