Brian, mine is the earlier version, isn't it possible to pack the nose leg to lower it?
I'm flying the larger FB one nowadays.

The rear springs are already soft, on tarmac there is no problem, on grass the nose leg is pulled back creating a negative incidence on the wing.

Cure is to use stiffer nose leg...

They both fly very well, the gen2 from memory has a different spar set up, canopy changed, aileron servo positions etc.
I had a gen1, fantastic flyer.

Gear first, takes load off surfaces and they make damn good air brakes, then first flap, full flap, air brakes when lined up, nose down on idle, flare.

Attached pic of my drop tanks, I was wrong earlier, they are in two parts, convinced they are gen JetLegend, even painted the correct colour....

I test flew my s/h replacement yesterday, it was a dog compared to the one I built/lost.
Weighed it today, 18.47 kg, 40.71 lbs dry!!!
I also ran out of elevator landing.

All these problems are baffling me, with the exception of my noseleg not wanting to retract at too high airspeed I have had no issues with landing gear with no mods needed.
