I tried the same thing and the door still hit on mine too...I just used my Dremel and cut away at the inner door detail so that the linkage could swing in the proper arcandwould clear the...

The support only comes with the plane if the GlobalJet Club sells you the ARF....It is not a factory Jet Legend part but an upgradefrom the GJC...As are the plastic fuel tanks and the custom paint...

I have ZERO lead in the nose....Running dual RX bats and the one large turbine battery....I'd rather put milliamps up there instead of lead...

Jon...Glad that I can help!!! The screw easily theaded into the 8-32 die and the 32 threads per inch were dead on with my guage...

9/64" is the size of the allen head wrench that it takes to loosen/tighten the screws...I have a thread guage at home in both metric and SAE...I'll check the threads when I get home from work tonight...

Here are a couple of pics of the spar modification....I ordered some aircraft aluminum rod from McMaster Carr...I cut the rod in 9" lengths....Using an electric drill I "screwed" the rods in place...

A Robart 1/4" axle is an exact fit to replace the front gear pin....All you have to do is to cut it to length with a Dremel cutoff disc....This is how I repaired mine...

Hector-My ailerons are very tight with no slop so no need to fix the aileron linkages on my jet...

Hector, I did change the front spring....It was so tight I could barely get the pin in by myself and still compress the strut...

Yes-I replaced the nose spring....Looks like I'll have to rip off the strut gear doors, correct the toe in, shim the landing gear, then reinstall the strut gear doors...[:@]....I wouldn't have...

I do have a lot of toe in the mains but this seems unavoidable....If I toe the mains in less then the main gear doors won't close fully when the gear are retracted....

Hmmm....My ailerons have absolutely no slop at all...Very tight as a matter of fact...I might have set my hinges a little deeper than what you may have resulting in less flex...

Does anyone feel that it is necessary to go to a stronger spring on the main gear???...I have already replaced the spring in the nose gear with a stronger one as the nose dampening was waaaaaaay too...

I have kit number 222.....Although the main carbon wing spars on my example are still made up of 3 tubes within each other, the inner most tube in my spars are not only the length of the exposed...
