Jetjohn, Saw your L-39 camo above. Looks like you are using stock rudder/servo setup. Is it working OK? Mine has alot of slop. Thanks Wayne

Nicolas, My plan veiw shows one elev. servo with a tie bolt through both torque rod assemblies and the pushrod clevis is fitted on the tie bolt between the horns? Kevin is this your set up or maybe...

Looked on my plan sheet and they show coupling two torque rods to one, then ONE elev. servo. Did I miss something as I saw a post saying that 2 elev. servos are used? Thanks

Kevin, Thanks, I will try your mod. I to used Tams mounts on all servos. Hope I don't need to move the rudder one! Aeropoxy is strong. Wayne

Kevin, Ref post 105. I assume your mod worked as you have flown the machine. Seems an easier fix than making a new servo hole, plus rod. Are you happy with the results. Thanks Wayne

I too have a JL L-39 basically ready to fly. My problem is also the rudder slop. I am thinking of relocating servo higher in the fin then use a conventional pushrod/horn system. Have you any...
